Welcome to the official website of the Toledo Commercial Club. We are the Gateway to Mt. St. Helens

The Toledo Commercial Club is located in Toledo, Washington in the southern part of Lewis County, Washington. Toledo is located on the beautiful Cowlitz River, a river utilized by early settlers/travelers seeking to go inland in early Southwest Washington. Lewis and Clark explored the Toledo area and in 1839 the area was settled by the Hudson Bay Company. The Toledo area is unique. Considered the the upper Cowlitz, it has always been home to the Cowlitz Indian people.

Toledo was Incorporated as a city, October 10, 1892. Its former names were Plomondon's Landing, Cowlitz Landing and Warbassport.

Purpose: The purpose of the Toledo Commercial Club is to promote the structure and economic vitality of the Downtown area of Toledo through progressive economic development and tourism.
